Our waitress was struggling and if other servers hadn’t come over to ask us if we needed anything frequently we would have gotten nothing.
Let's get this straight, this place has never been a 5 star restaurant but the kids do love their wings and their chicken so we order from them. First things first...I believe that if I place my order online then I should be able to pay online. It's terrible that I have to call the restaurant to pay with a debit card. Join the modern era here John.
When we let the manager know about the pizza, he told me that next time I come in to let him know and he’ll take care of me with a drink; I don’t drink and there won’t be a next time.
Since they've moved to their new location they have been absolutely horrible with getting orders correct. They mess up constantly, they have given us the wrong pizzas multiple times, only thing we can do is call and complain for them to get it right.
Ever since their move, they've become much worse. I've ordered wings 3 times in a row and all 3 orders came with either the wrong sauce or the wrong type! You call the restaurant and complain but all the girls do is apologize. There's only so much apologizing I can take. Don't your cooks know how to read? Incorporate some standards and some quality control in your kitchen.
Probably best to avoid peak times until they learn to run smoothly. We were in Saturday with a group of six adults, and we very disappointed to be seated in a four top booth and squeezed uncomfortably the entire two and a half hour stay.
Update: 11/9/17 They've got our pizzas wrong again. This isn't rocket science. Quite simple orders to be honest but yet their kitchen still struggles to get it right.
Food was just ok. Our thin crust pizza came out undercooked/doughy and before our apps did; and everything else came out just as randomly, including drink refills.
Although we called ahead to ask, they wouldn't allow our dessert brought from home to be served. That would be understandable, but they didn't acknowledge the birthday at all. Don't do birthdays here. Most other restaurants will at least bring a scoop of ice cream to the table. The pizza was quite good, Chicken Marsala was disappointing.
